We are pleased to provide accommodations for the Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University engineering students!
All of the amenities available to our residents during the school year are also available to you.
Move In
You will be arriving at Mohyla Institute around 12:45am on June 20, 2015. You will come straight to Mohyla from the airport and receive your keys.
You will receive your bedroom key, laundry room key and a FOB for the front door. This FOB gives you 24/7 access to the building.
We do have other residents living at Mohyla, so please try to keep the volume down when moving in since it is after our quiet hours.
Orientation
Orientation will take place on Saturday morning in the cafeteria. It will begin with information about Mohyla and general rules and guidelines, followed by the signing of agreements.
You will receive a Condition of Premises Agreement which will need to be filled out at that time, and you will also sign the rental agreement.
The University orientation will follow Mohyla's orientation.

- 24/7 access to Baba’s Bistro: A self-serve area
- For the statutory holiday on Wednesday, July 1, brunch and supper will be provided.
Move-Out
- Your room must be in the same condition when you move out, as it was when you moved in.
- Garbage should be emptied into the main garbage bin (in the Mohyla parking lot, just outside the back door on the woman’s side of the building).
- Linens should be recently washed.
- The room should be dusted and wiped down.
- You must sign up for a move out inspection time slot one week before moving out.
